Brief Profile

Bizcraft Consultancy Sdn Bhd (653989P) is a member of the Businesscraft Group of consultancies that was founded by Dr Patrick Low, PhD (South Australia) in the early 1990s after he left the corporate world to focus his attention on helping client companies develop human capital. The present principal consultant, Mr Hua Pak Cheong later joined Dr Low with the same mission in mind.

The Group comprises Businesscraft Training Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore and Bizcraft Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.

izcraft Consultancy Sdn Bhd (Bizcraft) is the Malaysian Licensee for the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc through Centre for Leadership Studies Asia as well as the Malaysian Certification Coordinator for the DISCinsights™ personality proling instrument.

Bizcraft provides a wide range of training solutions to clients.

The Businesscraft Group is supported by a team of nine professionals.

To ensure that the highest quality of training solutions are provided to our clients, Businesscraft uses primarily a series of proprietary licensed programmes from the
Center for Leadership Studies, Inc USA and the DISCinsights™ instruments from the Institute for Motivational Living, USA.

Bizcraft is the Malaysian Licensee for the entire updated range of Situational Leadership® training programmes from Center for Leadership Studies, Inc (CLS). CLS is founded by Dr Paul Hersey, the original guru of the Situational Leadership® Model. BCSB is also the Malaysian Certification Coordinator for the Institute of Motivational Living’s DISCinsights™ range of instruments. Recognising that some clients may face certain unique training situations, BCSB will be most happy to discuss such special needs and provide customized training solutions to address them.

  • Situational Coaching™ (1 Day) Creating Capacity in Others
    Manager…Leader…Coach…most of you fill a variety of roles, such as these, every day. Achieving organizational objectives, infl uencing the behaviors of others, creating capacity in others…all these roles and responsibilities are important – all of them are challenging! Based on some of the powerful concepts of top executive coach Dr Marshall Goldsmith, Situational Coaching™ gives you a method to help already successful people to get even better. The design of this program is to teach you how to coach others.

  • Situational Selling® (2 Days) Increasing Sales Effectiveness
    Situational Selling® is an innovative merging of two related fields – the psychology of sales and the applied behavioral sciences. It is this powerful combination that takes it beyond the basic steps of the sales process.
        
    During the workshop participants learn the specific behaviors and the     selling competencies necessary for high sales performance.   • Managing Organizational Change & Transitions (2 days)
    No organization is immune to change. Change is inevitable and it can and should be managed. Change takes place continuously at a relentless pace. Yet change – whether strategic or operational – is primarily concerned with people. It is about people having the buy-in vis-à-vis the new systems, new procedures, new policies and new technology.

    This impactful results-oriented two-day program focuses on the rational management and leading of change and transitions. It addresses the crucial human side of change in a world of mergers, acquisitions, start-ups, divestitures, deregulation and new technologies. It provides a framework for change leaders and managers to work with their people for better performance and productivity during change and transitions. Due to licensing constraints, this program can only be delivered as an in-company workshop by our trainer who is certified to conduct the training.
