- To be the voice of united Malaysian Training Providers.
- To represent Malaysian Training Providers for any negotiation in related issues.
- To develop a strong and respective images for Malaysian Training Providers.
- To integrate Malaysian Training Providers with authorized parties such as Department of Skills Development, Skill Development Fund, Ministries level and others associations.
- Organize and handling seminar, workshop and related development programs for members.
- To support national agenda on developing human capital with highly skilled and dedication in various sectors.
