In
view of the emphasis by the Malaysian Government on Human Capital
Development, this month's issue will focus on the
qualities and needs for development of human capital in the country and
globally, in particular the keynote address of the Deputy Prime Minister
YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Abdul Razak for the recently held
Malaysia HR Awards 2006, organised by MIHRM (Malaysian Institute of
Human Resource Management) in partnership with Kelly Services, a global
recruitment company in Malaysia on 11th September 2006.
This annual event is endorsed by The Malaysian Employers Federation and by
the government, by which YB Datuk Wira Dr. Fong Chan Onn, is the patron of
MIHRM and the Awards. The awards are open to all companies, organisations
in public and private sectors in Malaysia and to individuals who are PR
Professionals.
